No third-party bookings. Driver's license and full names of everyone (incl. children) in the party is required for entry into the resort.
Use of cigarettes/marijuana/vaping/hookah on/in the property is prohibited. Violators will be ejected without a refund and fined $300 for cleaning.
Guest must sign the Club 34 Windsor Hills Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the booking.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped townhouse in a fantastic location just minutes from the Disney parks. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. When we weren’t at the parks, our 9-year-old daughter loved taking advantage of the resort amenities and especially enjoyed the townhouse pool.The property made it easy to balance park days with downtime, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful five-night stay and would absolutely return on a future Disney trip.

Incredible stay at this property. Clean. New. All the amenities a family could want. Literal steps from the main club house/pools/waterslide! That Harry Potter room was insane!!! We had a wonderful stay at this Florida property! It was our first time to Disney and I’m so glad to choose to stay off resort. Tonya was absolutely fantastic—her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Our son was not feeling well when we got there and Tonya was so quick to point us in the right direction. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The place itself was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the amenities were great. We felt right at home.We would definitely return if we plan another trip to the area. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room — it was one of their favorite parts of the trip. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location with nearby stores and it was so close to Disney! The check-in process was easy with great communication from the owner ahead of time. The property was family friendly, they even had a step stool in the children’s bathroom and added a toddler rail for my little one on the bottom bunk. The Harry Potter room is a definitely a fan experience, I loved it!

This was the perfect choice for our 1st family trip to Disney…from making the reservation, to important prompt communications with/from the host, a clean, quiet safe community, an immaculate well-appointed home with a private pool…what more could anyone ask for? From start to finish our host was outstanding. Communication was on point from the time of us booking, to any questions that came up before our arrival, and during our stay. The townhome was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and so very well decorated. Loved that it featured all of our favorites. So wonderful!

We loved staying at Club 34!! It was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was very comfy and clean. It was so convenient to get to Disney!! We loved playing at the resort on a couple of the days, and enjoyed the small plunge pool at the house. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. Hopefully we can make it back soon!

When our eldest turned five, we celebrated with a trip to Disneyland. It was the first time any of us had been, and we fell in love instantly. That one magical trip sparked a tradition that’s lasted nearly two decades. Since then, every family vacation has taken us to a Disney or Universal park.

We’ve made countless memories soaking in the sugar-dusted sweetness of churros, feeling the sun on our faces, and riding wave after wave of adrenaline and laughter. These places have become more than just destinations, they’ve become a second home for our family.

There’s something incredibly special about how these parks bring us closer. My husband, James, and I are just big kids at heart, and there’s no better place to let that playful side shine than alongside our children, fully immersed in the magic and joy of it all.

Why they chose this property

Since we can't live inside the parks, we have always dreamed of owning a Disney and Universal themed home. Sharing our excitement and love for the parks is important to us, which is why bringing the spark of magic from them to the home was essential. We were thrilled when the opportunity arose and we were able to make our Windsor Hills townhome into just that! Windsor Hills is the closest rental community to Disney World's main entrance, and our home is just a few short steps to the Clubhouse and amenities. Our rental property is tastefully decorated with a little bit of pixie dust and wizarding magic. The memories you make here with your loved ones could never be forgotten with a neuralyzer or obliviate charm.
