Charming studio with pool

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
Charming studio of 23 m² air-conditioned which is located a few steps from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodations are quiet and not overlooked and has its own entrance.
The studio is attached to our house.
A swimming pool of 5.50*3.50m (unheated) will be reserved exclusively for you during your stay. Our shutters remain closed and we leave the terrace and the swimming pool at your disposal.
A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. It must not be moved.

The accommodation has a sleeping area with a comfortable bed in 160*200, a television with the BOX and free access to WIFI. You can cook in a charming equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). There is also a washing machine and dryer.
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and free toiletries.
Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as slippers.
Traveller access
Keys are collected either in person if we are available or through a key box.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Très agréable petit studio à l'état neuf, très bien équipé et décoré, situé à un quart d'heure à pied du centre ville.Excellent accueil. Belle petite piscine que notre emploi du temps ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser.
