Houilles is located next to Maisons-Laffitte and 10 minutes away from Paris.

This apartment is ideally located:
- in the city center, therefore close to shops, markets, restaurants, etc.
- next to Houilles-Carrières sur Seine train station: 4 minutes to go to the station then 10 minutes by train/RER to Paris.

Ideal for a small group of travelers who want to visit Paris with quiet and comfortable accommodation. For example, one or two families with children or a group of friends.
The space
Friendly and warm, it has the character and charm of a country house with the comfort of new bedding, shower room, toilet, fridge, microwave...
The apartment is located in an outbuilding of our house and has its own entrance and private terrace.
Its entrance is independent, but as we live above the apartment we will be happy to answer your questions.

The accommodation is composed of:
- a lounge area to relax, have breakfast or a meal rather in the form of catering/takeaway meals: small fridge and microwave oven, but no hotplates,
- a sleeping area with 6 beds: 2 queen size double bunk beds 160 * 200, and 2 bunk beds 90 * 190. You can separate the bunk beds with an optional curtain.
- a shower room and a separate toilet
- a small private terrace
- private and independent access

Train to Saint-Lazare railway station in Paris (from 5:10 AM to 00:30 PM)
- 12 minutes (no stop), every 15 or 30 minutes
- 20 minutes (with stops), every 10 to 30 minutes
Other things to note
Sheets and towels are included.

Please note the following points:
- You will be staying in a residential area, and we live above. This place is absolutely not suitable if you want to make noise or party!
- As shown in the photo, the passage to access the sleeping area is 47 cm / 18,5 inches.
- The boiler is behind a wooden door, you can hear it (faintly) when it starts.
- There is no kitchen: there is a small fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, but no hotplates or hood.
- We ask you not to smoke inside, you can smoke outside
- We love but do not accept pets
