Perfect for two guests, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private modern bathroom, providing everything you need for an independent and relaxing stay.



To ensure maximum comfort, the following services are included in the price: all utility costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and access to washing facilities.



Due to its exceptional central location, we recommend travelling without a car. The apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone, and parking in nearby public garages can be expensive. However, once you step outside, you are immediately in the heart of Lucerne’s picturesque Old Town, where all major attractions can easily be explored on foot. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are right on your doorstep. The weekly markets at Rathausquai and Helvetiaplatz take place every Tuesday and Saturday, offering fresh local Swiss products. Lucerne train station can also be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
