This cosy holiday apartment offers space for two people and has everything you need for the perfect holiday stay in Lucerne. In the apartment's own small kitchen you can cook and enjoy a meal together. Of course, the small holiday apartment offers a functional bathroom with shower and toilet.



The following services are included in the final price of the apartment: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen and towels.



The holiday home is located at Tribschenstrasse 24 in a popular residential area. If you walk from the apartment over the Langensandbrücke to the Bundesplatz, you are in the middle of the new city of Lucerne, where you will find many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities (including a Migros). From the holiday apartment on Tribschenstrasse you can reach the railway station, the lake and the old town by public transport in a few minutes. Buses 6, 7 and 8 leave from the bus stop "Luzern, Werkhofstrasse" to the Bundesplatz and Lucerne railway station in a few minutes. You can also reach the station, the lake and the city centre on foot in a few minutes.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
