Cosy studio apartment in a unique location in a popular residential area.
The cosy studio apartment accommodates a total of two people and consists of a living/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils: cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pans, dishes and much more. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hairdryer.
The following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen and towels.
The Studio Apartment is located on Tribschenstrasse. The street is located in a popular residential area (Tribschen-Langensand) and offers various leisure and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.. From the "Luzern, Werkhofstrasse" bus stop, various buses will take you to Lucerne railway station, the old town and all the sights in just a few minutes.
Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:
- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.
- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
