"Sunshine At The Beach"- Now 3 Bedrooms! CLEAN! Perfect Location!

Upgrades are currently taking place during the month of December 2025. Owners are turning the loft area into a 3rd bedroom for added privacy and sleeping arrangements! Also installing a beautiful walk in shower in the Primary Bath! Pictures To Come!

"Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan with a loft for extra sleeping. The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and an ensuite, full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom provides a Queen Size Bed with a cushy mattress topper and a Smart TV. You will find extra sleeping in the Loft Area that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee. When the rest of the bunch arises, you can whip up some very tasty meals in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances and beautiful Granite Counter tops, and a dining table and bar stools for seating.

Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool or head over to the beach using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint!

**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Worth the stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very clean and accommodating. Before arriving we got a call there was something messed up with the garbage disposal in the room and a repair person would be by to fix it. Promptly after arriving the gentleman arrived and fixed the issue. Parking is under the condos and very narrow and tight especially if you have a large vehicle. The guests before us left many dirty dishes and pans in the cabinets which wasn't a huge deal I wash everything first anyways. The only complaint I have is the pool seating. There were 4 plastic adirondack chairs, and 3 were broken. The appeared fine but when someone would sit in them they would give way. This happened to many guests while I was at the pool. That left 4 lounge chairs and 2 tables available.There was no shade at the pool only someone's personal beach umbrella on one of the tables. Many times there would be no seating available when you went to the pool. Thats definitely a HOA issue not a reflection of the room but info someone may find useful.

The HOA does need to do some exterior refreshing. Building looks very dated and dingy on the outside. Pool area could use new furniture and signs. Would stay here again for close access to the beach and cleanliness of the inside of the condo.

Orange Beach is Top Notch

This area is simply perfection. The rental unit was spacious, comfortable, close to the beach and clean. My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here and want to come back. Follow the emails about what to bring because trash bags and toilet paper ran out quickly! The downstairs beds are really comfortable.

Close to the Beach

While this property is not directly on the beach, it's a really short walk to get to the beach (3 minutes). The place was clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. The view was great, it was very relaxing to sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

We had the best time!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. The loft was super fun for the kids. Has a nice pool and right on beach. It was clean and felt like home for the week. We will be coming back!

Sun and fun

Property was in a great location to stores, restaurants, and activities. The view from our condo was amazing and the room in the condo was perfect for all to have their own space. Pool was great after a long day on the beach!

Good Location

It was clean and the location is very good - close to the beach and restaurants etc. However - I Have never stayed in a VRBO with such limited supplies. For example ONE dishcloth, limted dishes (coffee cups too small for even the smallest Keurig setting) and limited towels. Nothing major - just annoying. We did have a somewhat disturbing incident. While we were eating breakfast on the balcony a man just walked in without knocking. Apparently he was a maintenance guy and was told the unit was empty. This made me very uncomortable because my husband and I had planned to go golfing and my teenage daughter was going to stay behind by herself. She would have COMPLETELY freaked out if a stranger just walked in. So as long as there is better communication between the unit owners and maintenance the property is fine.

Great Stay

Stay was great…. exactly as pictured….. very clean…. the one issue we had was taken care of within an hour and was nothing major. The only suggestion I have is to put a lock higher up on the door for people with little ones. My one year old grandson kept opening the door due to not being able to lock from inside. (But let me clarify, no one could get inside without the code. Extremely secure from outside.)

Beautiful Getaway

We came out here for my son’s baseball tournament and fell in love with the area! The condo was walking distance to the beach, pool was fun for my little ones, and had beautiful weather! We would definitely come back here again.

Family Beach Vacation

The location of the condo to the beach was awesome for the price of our stay, but finding the road to the condo was a challenge. As for the condo itself when we got inside it was sand on the floors, the master bed had sand in it, table on the balcony and the sliding glass doors were dirty. Also, the whole time we were there we had no internet and no tv. When I text about it I was told to reset the modem, but there was no modem to be found. So the property manager was suppose to contact the internet provider and get back with us but never did. We found several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty, washer/dryer did not work properly and the fact that we only got one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to start out was ridiculous. Plus the description of the condo stated there was a pull out couch and there wasn't one. Then when we were checking out this morning with everyone's luggage, etc on luggage cart the elevator got stuck on the 2nd floor so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Plus Iforgot to mention the parking was very tight in garage. The view was beautiful and location perfect if only the condo would have been more up to standard with what I've been accustomed to with VRBO's.

Wonderful

I first would like to say thank you for such a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and inviting. Me and my two children really enjoyed, they enjoyed sleeping in the loft area, I will definitely be coming back to this property soon. Thank you again for everything!

Great stay at Orange Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach and Seascape condo. The condo was just as described. It was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. Everything worked perfectly. I do not have a single complaint and would stay there again on a future trip.
