Your up north getaway starts here! Cozy 2 bedroom / 1 bath cottage on the south side of Hubbard Lake. Knotty pine throughout - gives a nice up-north rustic vibe! Full kitchen, spacious living room, queen bed in one room, full bed in 2nd.
Private, wooded setting with abundant wildlife! Perfect for year-round fun! Only a short walk down the hill to the lake.
Enjoy all the area has to offer - swimming, boating, fishing (driveway provides room for boat/trailer) and golf in the summer; hunting and color tours in fall; snow mobiling/ice fishing in winter. DNR boat launch within 1 mile of cottage. White Pine Golf Course, and area restaurants within 1-2 miles. Gas, grocery and convenience stores within 10 miles, and Alpena is only a 1/2 hour away. Perfect for us!

Communication with Deb was excellent, easy check in, everything was as listed and perfect for us. We saw the twin fawns in the front yard one evening and then another deer a while later. Location worked well for us. Hope to stay again when we are in the area.

The cabin was lovely. Deb is an amazing hostess. The cabin had everything from cooking pans to shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. There is a large mowed lawn, lawn chairs, fire ring and wood to burn. We loved this cabin .
