Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 47 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 24 sqm and with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge, TV, video, DVD, radio and CD. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and 1 table. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 3 single beds. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 8 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and without oven. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and telephone. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. HD 50 inch TV


Location
Beelitz, district of Fichtenwalde. The holiday home is situated on a 1250 sqm enclosed garden and woodland plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The accommodation has been inspected according to the German Tourism Association’s star criteria and rated with 4 stars. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking on the street in front of the house and at a car park in the village (distance 100 m). Loading and unloading is possible on the property and parking is available in front of the property. Parking available for a fee of 5 euros/day, payment on the day of arrival.
