We know how important privacy is... so extra sound barrier work during development means your life/work/play is heard by you only.
NO shared spaces. Completely separate from the upper level with solid soundproof doors.

Also, enjoy your own patio... perfect for bbqs, a morning coffee☕️ or evening glass of wine!🍷
