The property is perfect for couples, small groups and people travelling with children.

The bright open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room allows for quality family time. Relax and unwind with a movie from the DVD collection or have a BBQ on the deck. This fully self-contained unit features a fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite with walk in shower, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, complete with supplies.

The property is located in Canmore, Alberta. It is on the second level, access by a private indoor staircase. Below are shops and restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the main street (restaurants, galleries and shops) and a 5 minute walk to Policeman’s Creek and local walking trails. It is a 15 minute drive to Banff. Trains are a factor in all Canadian Mountain towns. The property is along a train line, however, it is very well insulated against sound (and cold!). Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the train line and the train should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers. Watching the trains go past is actually quite fascinating and not just for the train buffs! Please read our guest reviews.


There is a large parking lot out the front of the condo that is shared by other condo residents and the businesses. You can park where you like and parking is free.

Minimum Stay

Do you want to stay in one of our properties but the minimum stay is too long for you? Please get in contact with us. We can put you on a wait list in case the minimum stay is shortened or we add a new property to our inventory that has a shorter minimum stay. We can also keep you on the wait list in case we can ‘Split the Week’. What we mean by split the week is we get one guest who wants to stay Monday to Wednesday and another guest who wants to stay Thursday to Sunday but the minimum stay is 6 nights. What we can do is take bookings for both guests and the reservations together will add up to the minimum 6 night stay. There will be an extra clean required and the cost of the clean will be split up based on the number of nights booked by each guest.


The HomeAway availability calendar is synced with our Internal Reservation System calendar during the day. If your dates are available and you meet the house rules, then you are welcome to 'Book Now'.

House Rules

- Maximum occupancy is 6 people and includes adults and children. This includes any person staying overnight, coming over for dinner or just popping by quickly. This is stipulated by our business insurance and we never exceed that limit.

- As per our insurance, all guests must be registered in advance. Send us a message and we will update your guest list.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties or events.

- Everyone must be over the age of 25 (or children travelling under the direct supervision of a legal parent/guardian).

- Please take your shoes off at the front door. This is a Canadian custom and it makes the lives of our cleaning team much easier and helps keep the property in tip top shape!

- Guests will need to sign our booking agreement. This is an easy digital process and we email all the information out when we confirm your booking.

- And finally, have fun, relax and enjoy the comfort and joy of our beautiful condo.

Great vacation spot!!

I am sitting here writing our review while looking up to a great view of the mountains!! Hard to top that! This condo is clean,well equipped,and great location. It is located above commercial properties however this was not an issue at all. I really appreciated the extra fans provided since we all sleep with a fan. I also appreciated the magnified mirror in the washroom for people of my era! The only downside of this unit is the train. It is directly in the back yard and it seems to be a very busy line. I did not hear it in the bedrooms since they are in the front. Our son slept in the livingroom on the pull out sofa,he is a great sleeper so overall it was a nonissue for our family. From arriving to leaving all was easy and very comfortable!! Would chose this unit again for sure!Thanks for the use of your place. It was great!

A great value and quite comfortable for four adults.

We were a bit surprised upon arriving at the door to our unit and thought it might be a disappointment. Upon entering the foyer at the bottom of the stairs, there was a pervasive odor either from adjacent restaurants or the market downstairs - I am not sure which. Once getting to the top of the stairs, however, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit, and the outstanding views. We did overlook the railroad tracks and a collection of stores, but it was not off-putting and the railroad noise was actually kind of charming in a strange way - and the bedrooms being at the opposite side of the unit were not affected by the train noise at all. We did not spend a lot of time indoors since we were out hiking in the national parks, etc., so we did not get much use of the large balcony or the TV. Our park pass expired during our visit, but the managers quickly agreed to refund the cost for a new annual pass which we agreed to purchase for them. There are only a couple of minor nits that I can pick at; the refrigerator was a bit noisier than I am used to, we had a few light bulbs go out on us (there was a replacement in the laundry room for one of them, and the lighting in the master bathroom was a bit dim for our older eyes.

The unit was as advertised - it was clean and comfortable - the owners were responsive and fair when contacted about our park pass expiring - definitely would recommend this to friends and relatives - thoroughly enjoyed daily drives into Banff for long day hikes - spent one day in Calgary which was an easy drive there and back - enjoyed a dinner at the 1883 Tavern - didn't get a chance to eat too many other places while there - first night we arrived about 40 minutes before the Korean restaurant closed on us - food was OK - we were too late for BBQ at our table apparently - felt like they wanted us to hurry and leave so as for restaurants in the complex, that's the only advice I have. We did eat Korean in Calgary and I will say it was much better than the restaurant in the complex - sorry to say.

I would say the unit delivered for us being an exceptional value, comfortably sized for the two of us and our two adult children. Highly recommended!

Comfortable place, great views

We had a great time staying in this condo. The views were amazing from the windows and balcony. The location is very easy to get to and centrally located. Less than 5 minutes to grocery and coffee, less than 10 minutes to elevation place and downtown. The unit was basic, but very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with more than we expected which was a bonus. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the train is within throwing distance from the unit and travels through every few hours. While the kids enjoyed counting cars and squishing coins, it did wake everyone at night.

Overall, we throughly enjoyed staying here and would absolutely book this unit again.

Cozy but Too Noisy

We had a nice stay here last Winter but the train was much too noisy for our family. It woke our family up every night. This is more suitable for a couple. I was highly impressed with everything but the kitchen. The oven was so dirty it was unusable, so we ate out only. If the kitchen appliances were newer I would have enjoyed cooking in the condo--hence the reason I got a condo instead of a hotel for my family. Sorry, but just my honest opinion..Everything except the kitchen was wonderful.

WE had a wonderful stay here. The condo had everything we needed – and more! We appreciated having the use of a computer and telephone too. We would highly recommend the helicopter ride if you want to see the mountains from a very different perspective. Thatnk you – we would love to come back again sometime.
