The holiday home was completed in 2011, in a new holiday home settlement (750 inhabitants Zierow), located in the Wismar Bay, near the beach (500m). The beach is guarded, very child-friendly (petting zoo, children's playground). Right next door is the 4* camping leisure park with an indoor park (summer 2013 completion) wellness area, sauna, small swimming pool, surf school. Accessible to all guests. The Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path leads from Zierow in the direction of Wismar or Boltenhagen. Zierow is located 8km from the UNESCO World Heritage city of Wismar, the state capital Schwerin, with many attractions (35km) away. The Baltic seaside resorts of Boltenhagen (15km), Kühlungsborn (45km), Heiligendamm (40km), Poel Island (18km), Lübeck (50km). The nearest marinas are Wismar-Wendorf(3km), Wismar(7km), Hohen-Wieschendorf (3km, Weiße Wiek/Boltenhagen(15km). Sufficient shopping facilities can be found in the MEZ-Gägelow (2.5km), Marktkauf Wismar-Wendorf (3km), for small shopping in the community centre a small village shop (bread rolls, drinks). Inexpensive meals 80m away in the Gasstätte Reiterhof. On the ground floor of the holiday home is the living and dining room, hallway and bathroom (underfloor heating). On the upper floor living-bedroom (double bed, single bed, children's travel bed, TV, DVD, cupboards, table, chairs). One bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms can be heated. Non-smoking house. The bathroom has a large/barrier-free shower, washing machine and hairdryer. The terrace (with various garden furniture and barbecue) is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours.
