Beautiful luxury villa in Linardici with unobstructed view of the sea. The house can accommodate 6-8 persons. The guest has on their disposal a private heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sauna. The brand new, tastefully furnished villa has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, another toilette,spread over 2 floors. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for a family or group of friends. Free WiFi.The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.

LinardiciLinardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.Tourism in LinardiciAs the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.
Beaches
Vela Jana
Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

Major-league holiday!

The villa only sleeps 6, advertised for 8 but no bedding provided other than the beds made for 6. Host rude via written communication. On arrival the bin was overflowing and on the first day the local bin men shouted over to us at the pool, were angry about the bin towards us and asked us to empty it so they could take the rubbish. The villa is nicely situated and the pool, spa and sauna are nice. Beds comfy but the sheets were old and bobbly. This is an ok property for 6 people, in my opinion it is overpriced for what it is!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir verbrachten eine absolut entspannte Urlaubszeit in der Villa Avlija im ruhigen Linardići. Pool und Whirlpool waren wohl temperiert, sehr sauber und wurden sogar zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts gewartet. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert sowie sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und auch unsere Kinder hatten viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen. Wir (2 Familien mit 8 Personen) würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Villa absolut!

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen.die Küche war bestens ausgestattet . Das pool beheizt und das whirlpool wunderbar. Dir Zimmer und Bäder sauber und geräumig. Alles in allem haben wir es bestens angetroffen. Krk stadt und malinska in 13 automaten zu erreichen. Ein urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa ist nur zu empfehlen!!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Preis-LEISTUNG-Verhältnis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Das Haus ist ein echtes Kleinod und könnte ebenso in der Toskana stehen. Die Einrichtung ist gehoben, liebevoll dekoriert und farblich sehr schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Küche ist groß und SEHR gut bestückt. Es fehlte meines Erachtens an nichts, auch nicht an einer gewissen Erstausstattung von Gewürzen, Mehl, Zucker, Tabs, etc. Das Porzellan ist hochwertig und bereitete Freude beim Essen. JEDER Raum konnte klimatisiert werden, selbst die Toiletten. Wir haben darauf verzichtet, aber es wäre möglich gewesen und die Technik funktionierte einwandfrei. Die wunderschönen hochwertigen Febsterläden geben zusätzlich Schutz vor Wärme und Sonne. Der Pool ist ausreichend selbst zum schwimmen. Die Außendusche ist perfekt. Sauna Fass (2Personen liegend, bequem 4 Personen sitzend) und der 2x2 Meter Whirlpool runden das Wellness Angebot perfekt ab. Tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz, Trampolin, Grillplatz, Essecke alles top. Es hat nichts gefehlt

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist diese teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft bietet tolle Möglichkeiten sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu beschäftigen und besonders die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß auf dem kleinen „Spielplatz“. Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich und bemüht sich um unsere Anliegen zu kümmern. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb, dafür ist es schön ruhig gewesen. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. 👍🏻

Danke für alles! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Ob gemütliche Grillabende, Spaß im Pool oder ein Spa Abend in der eigenen Sauna es ist alles möglich. Fußläufig ist ein kleines Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter Küche zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Tolle Tage auf Krk

Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern und immer sehr schnell geantwortet haben. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Kombination aus Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool ist eine Besonderheit der Villa, insbesondere an Tagen mit etwas schlechterem Wetter. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zu den Top-Strände im Süden der Insel braucht man circa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Konoba Santek ist zu empfehlen.
