A washing machine is available for your exclusive use in the cellar room, and there is a brick barbecue and garden furniture, loungers and a parasol on the terrace. The lockable garage is suitable for both your car and motorbike. The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. A travel cot and high chair are available on request and there are many small, typical Italian restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area. There is a public swimming pool 2 kilometres away in Prabione.
