Just a 6-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and 7 minutes from the train station, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying its sunny charm.

The apartment welcomes you into a large 36m² living room, where the dining area rubs shoulders with a modern lounge, equipped with an overhead projector and a 3-meter screen, to recreate a cinema atmosphere in your own home. Perfect for convivial moments with family or friends.

A fully equipped kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is ready to satisfy food lovers with its top-of-the-range equipment: fridge/freezer, hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice extractor and everything you need to prepare delicious meals just like at home.

Two comfortable bedrooms and guaranteed privacy

The 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed and Smart TV (with access to Netflix and Amazon), guarantee restful nights. The first bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub, while the second bedroom leads to a shower room with WC. For added convenience, the apartment also features a 2nd separate toilet, as well as a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
