This exclusive holiday apartment in OstseeResort Olpenitz is located in the first row on the banks of the Schlei and just a few metres from the Baltic Sea. It extends over two floors (1st + 2nd floor). Here, on the western edge of the Baltic Sea resort, you have a fantastic panoramic view over the waves of the impressively wide Schleim estuary, where you can watch the passing sailing boats. A breathtaking and incredibly relaxing view that you can enjoy not only from the balcony, but also from the dining area with its panoramic windows.



The living room on the other side of the house has a loft-like design. Here you can make yourself really cosy in front of the wood-burning stove. The apartment is also an insider tip for music lovers, as the furnishings include an electric piano, which you are welcome to use to make music.



Thanks to the large bathtub with bubble function and your private sauna, the house is a true feel-good paradise even in the cooler months of the year. The wellness bathroom is located on the top floor, as are the two bedrooms. From up here, you can also enjoy marvellous views of the natural surroundings through the large windows.



The OstseeResort Olpenitz has a small bay with a sandy beach and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches all the way down to Schönhagen, is not far away. The direct proximity to the incredibly beautiful nature, the water and the nature reserve is unique in Germany. Relax here and enjoy the surroundings.

The new holiday home area is currently being built on the former naval site in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.
