About this property

Apartment with a beautiful view of the Alps for 2-4 persons, Black Forest

Our bright and modern apartment (42m²) has been completely renovated in the beginning 2016 and is located on the ground floor. The cozy living area features: radio, CD player, satellite TV, a pullout sofa that 2 additional people can sleep, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen roll, tea towels and cleaning products as well as a dining space with up to 4 seats. The bedroom is furnished with bright furniture and bedding. A small storage room is also available. Board games and reading material are sufficiently available. Towels are also provided.
The furnished terrace and the lawn have southern exposure and mountain view.
Here you can summer outdoor grilling, dining and sunbathing. Younger guests can swing, slide and drive pedal tractor or Bobbycar and play in the meadow.
Parking space and storage space for bicycles are also available.
You are welcome to bring your dog after prior consultation.
Upon request we provide a cot, high chair, wireless DSL or fresh herbs from the garden.
An indoor pool with sauna or Wassertretstelle with Sportsground walk in about 5 minutes, a toboggan run and ski in just 1 minute.
The popular destinations like Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, St. Blasien and the Rothaus brewery are very close. In addition to a variety of scenic hiking and cycling trails starting directly from Schönbach from access to various mountain bike trails. Magnificent ski slopes at Feldberg and Schluchsee - Fischbach are within a few minutes.
Schönbach is an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours through the Black Forest.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Bereits der Empfang beim Check in war sehr angenehm und freundlich und so führte sich auch der Urlaub fort. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Es war einfach nur toll, supernette Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral um den Hochschwarzwald zu erkunden. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten die schöne Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht genießen. Wir fühlten uns, sowie unseren Hund sehr willkommen.

Schöne neu renovierte Einliegerwohnung. In Schönenbach ist nicht viel los, aber in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ziele.Sehr nette Vermieter!

Ein paar Tage ohne Stress und Hektik. Leider, oder zum Glück, kein Internet. Also weder über das WLAN noch über Mobile Daten. Aber genau das hab ich gebraucht um abzuschalten. Danke für die Sonnenaufgänge. Die sind der Wahnsinn.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren in den Herbstferien zu zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kind (11j) und Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderbar. Die Wohnung an sich ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter selber sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlicher Urlaub

Der Urlaub bei der Fam. Fechtig war sehr erholsam und wunderschön. Wir waren noch nie bei Vermietern die so nett, hilfsbereit und sympathisch waren. Wir bekamen sogar jeden Tag frische Blumen auf unseren Tisch draußen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man hat eine wahnsinnige Aussicht. Trotzdem kommt man innerhalb von 20 bis 30 min überall hin. Egal ob auf den Feldberg, Tittisee-Neustadt, Wutachschlucht oder Waldshut-Tiengen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Saarländer :-)) Simone & Thomas

Prima verblijf en mooie omgeving

Heel schoon en goed uitgerust appartement op de begane grond. Goed bed en prima sanitair. Rustige omgeving met heel veel bossen en boeren bedrijven. Michaela is een aardige en hulpvaardige gastvrouw. Hou je van rust, wandelen en mountainbiken dan is dit een goede locatie.

Diese herrliche Unterkunft verdient mindesten 10 von 10 Punkten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und eine klasse Aussicht. Für Hundebesitzer besonders empfehlenswert, da die Natur drumherum zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen einlädt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, auch sie verdienen mindestens 10 Punkte. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und senden herzliche Grüße von der Ostsee.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Souterrain- da am Hang mit Terrasse und Blick bis zu den Alpen - bei entsprechender Wetterlage. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Für 2 Personen ist sie perfekt. Viele interessante Ziele im Schwarzwald sind in 25 bis 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich aber sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Eine sehr schöne ,moderne,saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.Sie bietet alles was man benötigt.Wunderbarer Blick von der Terasse über Wiesen und Wälder Familie Fechtig sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr freundlich.Ich und auch Layka haben uns sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt. An den See benötigt man nur wenige Fahrminuten.Wanderwege direkt auch zu Fuß von der Wohnung möglich.Wer eine ruhige Auszeit mit schöner Landschaft und gemütlicher Ferienwohnung möchte,ist bei Fam.Fechtig genau richtig.Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorallem die Aussicht und der gemütliche Ofen haben uns gut gefallen. Für unser Baby stand auch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung und auch sonst blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank.

Schön, sauber, gut eigerichtet, ruhig, nette Vermieter

Sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung. Alles modern und Zustand tip-top. Mit eigenem Parkplatz, Terasse und Blick ins Tal. Ruhig. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden gerne im Sommer mal wiederkommen. Sehr schöne Landschaft. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
