This ground floor Edgewater golf villa sleeps 10 (maximum of 8 adults) in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, the middle bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), and the front bedroom has a king bed. Two full sized sofas in the living room provide plenty of comfortable seating. Four Polywood Adirondack rocking chairs provide great outdoor seating with views to the golf course and beyond. Lily Pond is located on the executive golf course, facing the Gulf of Mexico (across the street), with a heated pool right in its backyard. Tennis/pickle ball courts and conference center are a quick walk. Edgewater’s Lagoon Pool and beach are a short walk or tram ride over the bridge. The Lagoon Pool features a kids play area, hot tubs, Oceans restaurant and Shakers beach bar, and the sugar white sandy Gulf of Mexico beach. Very convenient parking just outside the front door (two parking passes included; a third is $50 extra.) Please note: NO sofa bed; maximum occupancy is 8 adults, 10 people total. NO smoking inside.
