Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 dune residence.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

DR C 12 -:
The bright and friendly two-room apartment with two balconies facing south and west is located on the first floor. On the balconies you can sheltered enjoy the sun from late morning to perish. A direct access to the beach promenade Bansiner is possible - especially attractive is the view to the idyllic, small Schloonsee with lush vegetation and various waterfowl. The high quality and loving equipment with double bed, TV, CD and DVD player provides the right holiday atmosphere. In the bedroom is enough space for a travel cot. All rooms were equipped with granite tiles - the modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. From the underground parking space you reach the apartment barrier-free. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house for a fee of ������� 4.00 possible.   From the beginning of May until the beginning of October, apartment C 12 can be booked on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday in the dune residence.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
