Welcome to our apartment in a quiet location on the edge of the beautiful village Niepars. Our cozy basement apartment with separate entrance offers enough space for 2 people. An extra bed for an adult or a child is possible. In the morning you can look at our flower garden enjoying the sun and the chirping of birds at breakfast in the open space. Here you can also grill in peace. Amongst the living room / bedroom 2 single beds (as a double bed adjustable), a cozy sitting area, a dining area, satellite / TV, radio and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is located in the entrance hall. Of course there is also shower, toilet and heating. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The separate kitchenette is located in the anteroom and is equipped with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Of course there is also shower, toilet and heating. The extra bed for a third person consists of an extra bed (90x190), which is placed in place of the chair and the table. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
