There is a 5-person firepit dining table with a 50-inch TV for the ultimate dining experience, an oversized deep seating 6+ u-shaped sectional, an outdoor swing, 2-person patio day bed, 2 chair patio chat set, and 4 chaise lounge chairs. We also offer a pool basketball hoop, corn hole, yard darts, pool darts and other pool toys, floats, and puddle jumpers. There is plenty of yard space to play these activities! The placement of the home is conveniently private with no front or rear neighbors, just one side neighbor. The outdoor curtains provide privacy from other neighboring guests.

As soon as you walk in the front door, you are greeted with an adorable UP playhouse. Inside this playhouse, there is a fully stocked play kitchen and an activity table with coloring and story books. Conveniently located in the living room/kitchen area, this allows the kids to play while the adults can supervise and relax in nearby rooms.
Every bedroom is well planned and themed to the MAX!! There are 2 first floor master bedrooms. Located close to the front entrance of the home, the first master is adorable and themed with iconic Mickey Mouse décor. This bedroom includes a desk for guests who may need to work/ study while on vacation. This bedroom is connected to a his/her bathroom, also themed in Mickey Mouse.
The second master is a Lion King themed bedroom which is absolutely stunning! It is the largest bedroom in the home with built in Jr. bunks for those kids who like to sleep close to mom and dad at night. This bedroom has not 1 but 2 desks. One for the kids and the other for the working parent. Right off this bedroom, you will enter in the largest bathroom in the home with an oversized shower and a large soaking tub. We also provide 2 giraffe hooded bath towels for the littles ones for your convenience.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor, there are 5 more unique bedrooms. The first is the Frozen bedroom to include a king bed made of glowing blue ice! This room also has a connected bathroom that shares with the Harry Potter bedroom. This particular “Jack n Jill” bathroom is HUGE providing plenty of room for multiple guests. The Harry Potter bedroom will thrill any obsessed HP fan. All the main HP features are included in this bedroom, from floating candles and flying keys to HP's charming "Cupboard under the stairs” with a working fireplace and an enchanting pre lit wizard wand. Across the hall, there is the Villain’s bedroom which has a ravishing black velvet king bed. The dark colors and velvet wallpaper is astonishing! Very popular amongst teenagers, this room also has a little reading nook with Pongo as your butler. Enjoy the private bathroom with his and her sinks.
The last 2 bedrooms in the back are perfectly suited for kids! The Tinkerbell room is so sweet and adorable. This bedroom includes a twin bed as well as twin bunks with beautiful pintuck princess-like bedding. Your little one(s) can dress up in their favorite fairy outfit which includes tutu, wings and a wand. There are 3 outfits to choose from. Your little fairy can also play with the Disney Castle play set or have a tea party.

In the last bedroom, "YOU CAN FLY"! When you open the Wendy’s bedroom windows from the game room your little ones will find themselves flying in the London skyline. Their bunk beds are shaped like little cities.
Not sleepy? Your little ones can take the 2-story twisting turbo slide located on the side of Big Ben, slide through the “Lost Boys” tree house and down to Neverland! Once in Neverland, kids can use the rock wall and climb back up the treehouse and slide down another 10 ft slide or walk across the bridge to Captain Hook's Jolly Roger pirate ship. The pirate ship has a cool hideout with a bunker, a fireman pole, and an upper deck. The ship can hold up to 8-10 small kids. Done being a pirate? Dive in and head over to mermaid lagoon where kids can have fun with the Playmobil Mermaid Cove where mermaids swim around a coral pavilion, collecting pearls to keep the underwater mermaid world glowing.
Next, take a swim over to Crocodile Creek and check out this multi-sensory busy board containing 11 different activities. The 5 panels feature percussive instruments, mazes, rotational pieces, interlocking cogs and more. This croc board is suitable for ages 18+ months.
