We’ve tried to provide every amenity we could think of so that you truly feel like you are on vacation. Prior to your check-in, we will share our guidebook that has a lot more information about the home/Bend area. - These are the closest residential homes to Mt. Bachelor. You'll be first on the slopes
- Deschutes River trail is a few yards right from our home.
- The Seventh Mountain resort is also steps away where you can find a nice playground, gift shop, bar, mini-golf, disc-golf and other seasonal amenities. In winter, you can also ice-skate there.
- Widgi Golf course is also right next door for you to practice a few rounds (open to public).
- The Ranger station is a minute drive away. There you can pick the free map to explore your next Deschutes National Forest adventure. You can hit the mountain biking trails, hiking trails, disc-golf and even horseback ride (seasonal) - all very close from our home.
- A short drive from the home are Benham Falls, Tumalo Falls, Tetherow Golf Course, Old Mill District, Downtown Bend, Mt. Bachelor and the beautiful Cascade Lakes.

The Modern Mountain Oasis includes access to the whole house except for three closets that are kept locked. One contains cleaning supplies for our house cleaners and the other is the small closet in the master bedroom hallway, used for the owners’ personal items.

Perfectly situated among a mecca for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, this Designer Home in Bend provides a home away from home just 15 minutes from Mount Bachelor, a year-round playground for hiking, mountain biking, world-class skiing and boarding. The town’s Old Mill district is just an 8-minute drive away, providing a glimpse of the past that can be seen in the buildings that were once part of a mill, now serving as trendy shops and eateries.

When you book our Airbnb rental in Bend, you’re sure to appreciate the peaceful nature of the community and beautifully landscaped surroundings while being just steps from some of the top trails and attractions. Located at Milepost 1 next to the Seventh Mountain Resort, the Modern Mountain Oasis provides easy access to its public grounds, including a nine-hole disc golf course. We’ve provided you with a complimentary set of discs, which you’ll find in one of the bookshelf drawers in the living room.

Those who don’t want to leave their furry best friend at home will be happy to know that our Modern Mountain Oasis welcomes up to two dogs with a pet fee of $79 per stay per dog (non refundable). Our four-legged guests will have some of their own impressive amenities, including a bed, poop bags, and dog treats.

Of course, we take care of you as well, providing all the modern comforts and then some, inside and out. Here’s what you can expect.

Interior Living Space
While it’s hard to beat the setting and proximity of our Bend rental, we think you’ll be just as excited about what you see inside too.

Media Room
When you first walk into the Modern Mountain Oasis, to the immediate left is the cozy Media Room. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure, with a comfy section to sink into and a large flat-screen Smart TV. It includes regular cable channels as well as Roku Smart TV so that you can stream all your favorite apps and shows.

Living Area
The living room is another great spot to relax, complete with an indoor fireplace for curling up to on a chilly winter’s night, perhaps while sipping hot cocoa or a glass of wine. If you want to enjoy quality time with friends and family instead of staring at a screen, we’ve provided several board games and books. There’s also a quiet corner with a chair and desk for getting some work done or to finish reading that book. This area opens to the dining space adjacent to the modern kitchen, which we’ll cover next.

The Kitchen
You’ll have plenty of space and everything you need to cook and entertain in the open-plan kitchen of our Bend vacation rental. It not only includes modern stainless-steel appliances with a refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, but a coffee station with a Nespresso coffee machine. We’ve provided a few complimentary Nespresso Vertuo pods, but you might want to bring some more – the local Target carries them.

The Bedrooms

Master Bedroom
The extra-spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and includes an attached bathroom with a shower, toilet, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The king-size bed sits on a beautiful bamboo bed frame and has a luxurious memory foam mattress. You’ll have your own private door that opens up to the patio, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or getting one last look at the starry night’s sky.

The three other bedrooms are upstairs.

Bedroom 2
Just to your left after ascending the stairs is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed. It shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom is quite large and includes two full-size beds, comfortably sleeping four adults or four children. It shares the full Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4
This is the large second master suite which has its own en-suite, full bath, a queen-size bed, and a large Smart TV.

Outdoor Living Space
The living area/kitchen in our Bend home has a large sliding glass door that opens to the partially covered patio. We know you’ll want to enjoy the beauty of the outside even when you aren’t taking part in the area’s many activities too. This enticing outdoor living space is furnished with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill while being fenced for your safety. It’s the perfect place to relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air. If the frequent sunshine of the High Desert gets too warm, we’ve provided shady umbrellas too.

Our home is located near Seventh Mountain Resort area, and is about 10 mins to downtown bend, Grocery is 8 mins away, Mt. Bachelor is 15 mins, Cascade lakes 20/25 mins away. More information on how to get to the home will be sent to you after your reservation along with some other important details.

You will need a car if you want to get around anywhere quickly. You can also request Uber/Lyft from your smartphone.

Food delivery like Uber eats also provides service. If you need to order grocery, you can use Albertsons app and order grocery to be delivered before your arrival or contact us and we can help. You can also order food from variety of restaurants using the uber eats app.

We have an extra full size memory foam mattress and extra blankets/sheets to accommodate up to 2 more guests. No more than a total of 12 allowed. Please message us before you book if you have a group of 12. Extra fee may apply

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings!

If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment!

We love having pets stay and want to keep our home a relaxing retreat for everyone! Please pick up after your pet so we can all enjoy the beautiful space. A $50 fee will apply if we need to handle any pet cleanup.

Although we clean thoroughly between stays, those occasional rogue hairs may still pop up. Thank you for your help in keeping our home pet-friendly and comfortable for all!
