This villa of approximately 66 m 2, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, offers an ideal setting for a pleasant stay. It has a spacious living room, with a modern kitchen fully equipped, including a friendly dining area, open to a bright living room. The living room, equipped with a quality sofa bed, comfortable armchairs and a flat screen, has direct access to a large terrace facing south-west. You will find a garden and dining area with a plancha, perfect to enjoy sunny days.
The villa also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, a TV and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The toilets are independent, and a cellar with storage offers even more amenities.
For your comfort, a parking space is available on the plot, and you will also have the possibility to store your bikes safely at the back of the villa.
Not included: end of stay cleaning of 130 euros (optional)
Before 01/06 and after 30/09, energy package of € 30 extra.
