Magnificent Duplex 10min from Strasbourg

My husband and I are passionate about interior design and architecture, and we’ve renovated an old farmhouse. We’d be delighted to welcome you and help you discover our beautiful region. The apartment is on the ground floor and is close to all amenities: 5 minutes from the tram, 10 minutes from the train station and city centre Strasbourg, and 15 minutes from the airport. The highway is less than 5 minutes away, and the bus stop is less than 100 metres away. Shops within 200 metres: Carrefour (open 7 days a week), pharmacy, bakery… The apartment is on the ground floor of a former farmhouse with a mezzanine. It has a total area of 48 square metres spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140/200 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and the living room. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a 140/200 bed. The farmhouse is located right in the centre of the town of Eckbolsheim. It’s in a quiet residential area with all amenities nearby. Free parking nearby, a tram stop 5 minutes away, a bus stop right outside the farmhouse, the airport 15 minutes away by car, the Zénith Strasbourg less than 5 minutes away, and the Strasbourg train station 10 minutes away by tram. Some finishing work is currently underway in the farmhouse courtyard. The owners live next door.
