Very nice location, the flat needs a bit renovation

We rented the flat for 3 weeks. The flat is placed lovely in front of the sea and you only have to cross the street and you will be at the beach. The beach is very nice. There is a lovely pool in front of the flat and it is open from 8-20.30. The view is amazing. The area is calm with a few restaurants. In front of the building you will find a local bus which goes to Theoule Sur Mer and Cannes, but it runs only a very few times during the day. And the same if you want to come back in the evening from Cannes or Theoule Sur Mer, this is not possible only if you have your own car or Taxi. There is a ferry from the harbor just in front of the building which runs 4 times a day to 3 citys (Theoule, Cannes etc) and cost only 10 euro return. The flat is very nice in general, placed at the top(no elevator and many stairs) and the flat is in 2 level. There is shower/toilet at the first floor next to the master bedroom. There is only 1 pcs aircondition and it is very old and placed in the master bedroom and is a big floor module placed on the floor and make a lot of noise and does not work very well. Kitchen are nice with all what you will need. Beds are with hard madrasses. There is 800 meter up hill to a small grocery store, but you will need a car to go for a bigger grocery store which you can reach in 18 min by car. The handover of the flat was very easy and the owners are very helpful during our stay. The flat was clean. The chairs around the tables at the terrace and in the living area, is made of iron and look nice but are quite hard to sit on. We rent for 3 weeks every year in the area of Nice and this was the longest from Nice we have tried to stay. But we loved the nature in this area and the nice view from the flat. We think the flat needs a bit more renovation to mach the price requested. We had a very nice stay and would consider to come back again another time. Br Birgitte

Fin lejlighed med dejlig udsigt.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie (2V2B) og var meget tilfreds med udsigten. Lejligheden er slidt men ok - det er absolut udsigten der betales for. Skønt at stranden lå tæt på lejligheden og god pool. Frygtelige madrasser, men det blev afhjulpet ved at tage sovesofa ud på terrassen og sove der - det var så skønt at vågne til lyden af havnen og bølgerne. Vi kommer gerne igen ..... var der i uge 30 2017.

Très jolie location

Bon accueil par Isabelle Campion, propriétaire de la location. Appartement propre à notre arrivée et conforme aux photos. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine de la résidence (baignades plusieurs fois par jour: les enfants se sont régalés). Nous avons trouvé la plage de la Figueirette pas terrible (eau trouble certains jours+odeurs désagréables), en revanche, les plages de Théoule sont très bien, les calanques (en direction de Saint-Raphaël) sont superbes. Une belle résidence, calme en ce début de juillet, où nous avons passé un bon séjour (12 jours de tranquillité du 8/07/17 au 20/07/17).

SUPER APARTMENTS, FANTASTIC SEA VIEW

As a 3 generations family we rented 2 apartments in this fabulous complex : D19 was the larger one on the third floor with a huge private roof terrace and D12 the smaller one on the second floor with a very large private terrace. Both apartments have everything you could possibly need, well equipped, comfortable, extremely clean and with amazing view over the marina and the beach from the roof top and both terraces. Monsieur et Madame Campion are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they made you feel welcome and special. La Baie de la Méditerranée is a fantastic complex with swimming pool, beautifully kept garden and the marina and beach just across the road. Isabelle and Laurent owns a couple of apartments in the complex including the one with the fabulous roof top terrace but they also manage quite a few others. So whether you need a 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms apartment, or 2 apartments side by side or like us the roof terrace one and the one below just contact Monsieur Laurent Campion, he will find you exactly what you need in the complex. He did it for us after another rental fell through and we were absolutely delighted with his choice. Merci beaucoup Isabelle et Laurent.

Fantastic location! Great space for our family of five! Quiet, private, close to beach, great pool!

We had a great stay. Travelling on a budget with our family this location was perfect because it is in walking distance to the shop and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to do our own cooking. It is close to the beach and the bus stop is just outside the gates. There are lovely restaurants all around. It was a really fantastic stay! Laurent and Isabelle are lovely! We had a great time!! Highly recommend.

Herrliche Aussicht, schönes Apartment, netter Vermieter

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment von Herrn Campion mit unseren drei jugendlichen Kindern. Seine größere Wohnung hat zwei tolle Terrassen mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, ist hübsch eingerichtet und der schöne Strand ist gerade über der Straße. Wir hatten 2 Schlüssel und dann war auch die gut gesicherte Wohnanlage problemlos. Der Pool war auch toll. Bei uns war zwar der Kühlschrank gerade am ständigen Gefrieren statt Kühlen... aber dafür kann niemand was. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Gegend um Theoule- sur-Mer hat sehr viel zu bieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et l'emplacement de cet appartement. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique ! La cuisine est bien équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselles. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets . Une bouteille de rosé nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur .Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

parfait

L'appartement étant malh déjà réservé, les propriétaires m'ont proposé une autre location située dans le même immeuble. Ils m'ont fait parvenir un descriptif détaillé et je n'ai pas été déçue. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Accueil très sympathique malgré mon arrivée tardive. Une bouteille de rosé et 'eau dans le frigo. Du savon et du papier toilette. Quelques produits ménagers et thé, café à disposition. C'est sympa. Appartement très propre. Le linge ainsi que les draps sont en plus, mais ça allège les bagages ! Grand balcon et très belle vue. Vaisselle sympa et nickelle. (important à souligner car ce n'est pas toujours le cas). La résidence est calme et verdoyante. La piscine est très propre. On traverse la route et la plage est là ! Boxe fermé à disposition. Bref ! A conseiller les yeux fermés !

Umwerfende Aussicht

Gute Lage, tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder! Negativ war für uns, dass die Residenz komplett automatisch abgeriegelt war. Mit nur 1 Schlüssel für die ganze Familie waren die Daheimgebliebenen "hinter Gittern".

We very much enjoyed our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment that we rented from Mr. Laurent Campion for one week. The rental agreement was very simlpe but it included everything that we needed to know about renting the apartment and also what to do when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, including a gas B-B-Q on the upper terrasse. We received all of the information that we requested from Mr. Campion by email. We will be recommending the rental of this apartment to our family members and to our friends because the sea view is fantastic, the nice sandy beach is so close and so easy to get to, and the swimming in the sea was wonderful. There are many fine restaurants that one can walk to. We went hiking, canoeing, boating, and also explored many of the small towns nearby. We will likely be going back again as we enjoyed it so much. Vacances extraordinaires

La description de la résidence et de l'appartement son très précises, l'appartement très bien entretenu et propre. Le propriétaire et le manager de la résidence sont très gentils. La terrasse est magnifique, avec une vue comme sur une carte postale sur la mer et le port de la figuirette. Le lieu est calme (dans cette peiode presque vide) et situé à deux pas de la plage ( privé et pubblique). Très belle piscine privée. Difficile: du parking souterraine et de l' entrée jusqu'à l appartement on doit faire un long chemin avec beaucoup d' escalier, avec enfant et beaucoup de bagage c' est dure. L' ascenseur est seulement à la fin, pour arriver du premier au deuxième étage :) Point positive du lieu: on peut aller à pied à la plage, même pie nu. Point négatif : il n' y'a rien, même pour le pain frais il faut prendre la voiture (1km), theoule est à 5 km est le prochain grand magasin à 10 km env. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour et je recommanderiez cette location à familles ou couples qui cherchent la calme et veulent se reposer.

Des vacances réussies.

Très bon séjour. Appartement très agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique. Une grande terrasse très appréciable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le le petit port en face avec sa petite plage de sable (à 100m). La piscine est ouverte dès le mois de février mais attention elle n'est pas chauffée. L'avantage de la saison basse c'est le calme! Le massif de l'Estérel, les petites criques, les calanques font vraiment le charme de ce portour de méditerranée. Voiture conseillée pour se déplacer (pas de boulangerie ou de supermarché à pied). Pas vraiment de place à l'extérieur mais il y a un garage fermé, assez étroit quand même, néccéssitant un petit coup de main à prendre au début pour manoeuvrer. Petit téléviseur mais surtout pas d'internet WI-FI. Un peu dommage. Si nous revenons dans le coin sans hésitation pour cette location.

Vue mer panoramique

Nous sommes enchantés de notre semaine à Théoule sur mer. Cette appartement ne propose pas une mais 2 magnifiques vue mer panoramique. La terrasse du salon et le toit-terasse. Bien installé sur les chaises longues, siroptez un cocktail avec la Méditerranée et les roches rouges de l'esterel sous les pieds. Sur le toit terrasse également un barbecue et une table pour de longues soirées romantiques. L'appartement est en très bon état, fraîchement rénové, 2 chambres,une salle de bain. Une grande cuisine toute équipée avec de vrais plans de travail ouverte sur le salon et la terrasse du bas. La résidence est bien entretenue, avec 2 piscines (adultes et pataugeoire) et la plage est à 100 m. J'y retourne dès que possible !

Great location - nice amenities

We stayed at the 2 br apartment for a week in July 12. It was lovely. The view from the balcony is priceless, and you practically have to walk through the pool to get to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked a beautful meal almost every night there) though one must bring even the basics (e.g. coffee filters). The gent running the flat was VERY accomodating with us and our needs. It was fun trying to communicate. More on the flat (2 bedroom version): the bath and master BR is upstairs. as is the patio and bbq. we used the bbq every night, a BIG plus in my book. the kids room (3 beds - bunk beds then a trundle) is downstairs just inside the doors. there are a lot of steps between the parking garage and the flat - but hey, the price you pay for the view. Note with the pool - there are no 'public' chairs for use, so you have to lug them up and down from the flat. The table is on the patio where every meal simply MUST be eaten. There is no AC, nor is there WIFI. BUT there are fans for use and they helped quite a bit. For the active types that might want to run or hike, there are some SPECTACULAR trails right behind the house (esterel). The trails can actually take you in the theoule sur mer proper then a hike back. Walking the roads is not very recommended, as there is little to no sidewalk. However, in the direction of st. rafeal (away from TSM) there is a daily grocery that will begrudgingly sell you some good bread and some of the essentials. On the beach: Across the road is a nice restaurant that runs a private beach. It is the one closest to the flat. Then there is a public beach that gets jammed on weekends with locals. The furthest is another private beach run by 'le panama' restaurant. There is another public beach then a boat rental place (bat'ski). each time we were at the beach, we either stayed at le panama with the sun beds or at the public beach. We rented paddle boards and kayaks from bat'ski (great guys!). We found that the restaurant/beach closest to the house was nice, but not very friendly. The folks at le panama seemed to care that you were there. Enjoy!

Excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette location grand confort très propre, photos et descriptions tout à fait fidèles au site internet, propriétaire extrêmement gentil, qui fait tout pour le bon déroulement du séjour Location située à environ 15 minutes de Cannes, par route en bord de mer, panorama magnifique.

Excellente vacances dans un appart bien située

Nous avons passé des vacances bien réussit à Miramar. Nous etions très content! L’appartement était conforme á la description – toutes contacts/formalités/reglements/accueil/départ parfait et amicale. Point forts : proximité d’un plage du moyen taille propre et sympa - distance environ 200m et parcouru au pieds nu normalement! Appartment avec belle terrasse et vue magnifique sur le port et la mer. Appartement pratique, bien equipé et bien située (vue et exposition au sud) dans la residence. Résidence calme, avec piscine et garage fermée. Superbe corniche devant la résidence, avec possibilité des randonnées en vélos et avec toutes les destinations merveilleuse en proximité – Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, Théoule-sur-Mer, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Petit souci – ne pas liée avec l’appartement mais à communiquer à la commune de Théoule: état des fauteuils-couchettes sur la plage de Miramar (à louer sur place) mal soigné, pas du tout au niveau et cher en plus. Avec un temps superbe en Juin 2011 (presque 30 °C), nos vacances à Miramar étaient bien reussit et encore mieux que nous avons attendu!
