Located on a plot of 750 sq.m, the property offers a quiet and spacious setting, ideal for holidays with family or friends. You can enjoy a private swimming pool and a peaceful natural environment, with a capacity of 6 to 8 people.

- Air-conditioned living room divided into 2 spaces: dining table and living room with sofa and TV, terrace access and swimming pool

Apartment:

Hours of reception and key delivery:

On Saturday (July - August) between 16:00 and 18:00 maximum.
Sunday and holidays (except Saturday): independent arrival from 15h (key box, terms specified after booking)

If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):
- Heating pool: 200€/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20€/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 € for the first item + 10 €/additional item, to choose between :

*** Heating of the pool only possible from June to September depending on weather conditions. We could refuse the heating of the pool at any time before your arrival if we believe that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be completely due. Any last minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an extra charge of €50. Please contact us for any further information.

- *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total amount of the rental (within the limit of 6.05€ per night and per person over 18 years).
