Newly renovated! Good times with family and friends are a breeze at this charming single-family home in the heart of Naples Park. Spend your vacation enjoying the brand-new saltwater pool with its spacious sun shelf, bubbler, and umbrella, as well as the poolside loungers for the perfect tan. Indoors it's all about relaxation with three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The master and secondary rooms offer a King size beds and plenty of closet space, while the third sports Queen bed. The home's open floor plan features the recently updated kitchen with a granite topped-breakfast bar and an inviting living and dining area overlooking the poolside garden. Work from home or enjoy some screen time with high-speed internet throughout. The huge front yard is perfect for a game of badminton or catch with the kids. Bring your car and beach toys and store them in the one-car garage or generous driveway.
There's so much to do in Naples; no day will be the same. The home is located only a mile from Naples' best beaches, including the family-friendly Vanderbilt Beach with the sparkling white sands and turquoise water that made South Florida famous. For more sophisticated fun, spend a day pampering yourself at the Ritz Carlton or schedule a sunset tee-time at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort. For shopping and amenities there's several grocery stores nearby, in addition to dozens of local and international restaurants.
