Surrounded by vineyards, this house restored with taste and modernity will delight the most numerous. the peaceful setting will delight you, whether in the pool or on the terrace. You can enjoy 51 km of hikes directly from Belleviste, called vineyards and orchards and spread over 7 circuits.
Accommodation: The house of 120 m2 is built on 1 floor. On the ground floor, modern kitchen open to dining room, equipped with a wood stove with direct access to the 2 terraces of 30m2 There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet. a seating area (with library and TV), access to 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200 of which 2 can be paired. Upstairs a seating area with TV dessert 1 double bedroom 140x200, 1 bedroom 2 beds 90 cm that can be paired and 1 bedroom 3 single beds 90 cm, of which 2 can be paired.
