The villa is bright and well-equipped, the rooms open to the outside.
Parking is possible on the free car park in the immediate vicinity of the house.
SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:
The entrance consists of a serving corridor, WC and wall cupboard.
The main room consists of an open kitchen with a central bar island, a living room and a dining room.
Kitchen area: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink.
Dining area: table and chairs extending from the kitchen and open to the terrace and swimming pool
Living room space: 3-seater sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, wood-burning stove and bookshelf. The living room also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
From the main room, access to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM 1: 1 bed of 160, small storage spaces. Adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
ROOM 2: 1 bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables, wall wardrobe.
ROOM 3: 1 bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables, wall wardrobe. The room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
ROOM 2: 1 bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers.
1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower cabin, toilet, vanity unit with a sink, storage spaces.
OUTSIDE:
The garden consists of a pool area, a parasol, sun loungers and a dining area as well as a washroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.
Pets not permitted.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The end-of-stay interview is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optionally outside July and August).
The handover of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
