This house fit our needs perfectly for an affordable rate! It was clean and came with many basic supplies. The playroom was a treat for our grandchildren too. The beds were supee comfortable as well. We will definitely return.

House was a great place to stay, we only had a short visit with 11 guests. Everyone loved the house. The themed rooms were awesome even the adults staying thought they were a nice touch. The playroom for kids was really a great touch. The beds were pretty comfortable, they had several pack and plays and a highchair for the little ones and i believe 2 roll away beds as well as the main beds. We would definitely choose this place again as it was very close to activities and shopping, we didnt take advantage of the clubhouse or on site amenities but they definitely looked fun.

We had an amazing stay at this property!! Everything was just as advertised. The resort area was perfect, it was just a short drive to disney and only two minutes from walmart. The pool was clean and warm, my granddaughter loved the disney play area in the garage! The property had a beautiful park just a minute walk away and the Vrbo was the perfect walking distance to the clubhouse. My only one small concerns in the internet of property wasnt great and cut out several times and i would like to see a smart tv in the girls princess room as my granddaughter wanted to watch disney plus to unwind at night and had to chose another room to be able to do so, please know this didnt change my review, just a small suggestion. When we go back next year will absolutely be staying here again if available

Pros: Fabulous location for Disney Parks! We loved the house decor, and appreciated the starter supplies along with the highchair, pack n plays, cribs, baby gates - this was so helpful! Great playroom for kids in the garage. The pool and outdoor patio were clean; we also appreciated the beach balls provided. Cons: Far sink in master bath does not drain well, there were 3 remotes for living room TV none of which worked to adjust volume, master bedroom closet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time (paint chips/dirty), found 3 dead cockroaches that we removed, no way to adjust fan speed in master bedroom, garbage disposal in kitchen did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, house just needs a little TLC in some areas. Fabulous area and location and very Disney centric which we liked. Thank you!

Regarding the master closet, it’s not dirt — the ceiling was painted recently and unfortunately some paint dripped onto the carpet. Since it’s only the closet area, it hasn’t been replaced yet, but I truly appreciate your note and I will take care of it along with the slow sink drain you mentioned. I’m only sorry you didn’t let us know while you were here — we would have gladly sent someone right away to fix it for you. About the TV remotes, thank you for pointing this out — I’ll have them checked and remove the ones that are not working. The ceiling fan in the master is just an extra, since the house has central A/C that guests can adjust to their comfort. Still, I’ll check the fan as well. We truly value your comments because they help us improve. Thank you again for staying with us — it was an honor to have you as our guest, and you’re always welcome back anytime!

This house was within 5 minutes of Walmart and great food choices. We were within 15-30 min of Disney resorts and theme parks. The house was spacious and very welcoming as far as what we needed. Something's do need updated or minor things did not work but we made do. The host was quick to respond with any questions.
