Security Camera Notice
For safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed: one by the
driveway, facing the main entrance, and another on the side of the house near the
pool equipment area. The driveway camera helps us monitor access to the property, while the side camera is there to simply ensure that the pool system remains secure and operates properly, and that no unauthorized guests or children go near the pool equipment.
There are no cameras inside the home or in any private or recreational areas, such as the pool or patio.

We had an amazing stay at this property!! Everything was just as advertised. The resort area was perfect, it was just a short drive to disney and only two minutes from walmart. The pool was clean and warm, my granddaughter loved the disney play area in the garage! The property had a beautiful park just a minute walk away and the Vrbo was the perfect walking distance to the clubhouse. My only one small concerns in the internet of property wasnt great and cut out several times and i would like to see a smart tv in the girls princess room as my granddaughter wanted to watch disney plus to unwind at night and had to chose another room to be able to do so, please know this didnt change my review, just a small suggestion. When we go back next year will absolutely be staying here again if available

Pros: Fabulous location for Disney Parks! We loved the house decor, and appreciated the starter supplies along with the highchair, pack n plays, cribs, baby gates - this was so helpful! Great playroom for kids in the garage. The pool and outdoor patio were clean; we also appreciated the beach balls provided. Cons: Far sink in master bath does not drain well, there were 3 remotes for living room TV none of which worked to adjust volume, master bedroom closet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time (paint chips/dirty), found 3 dead cockroaches that we removed, no way to adjust fan speed in master bedroom, garbage disposal in kitchen did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, house just needs a little TLC in some areas. Fabulous area and location and very Disney centric which we liked. Thank you!

The location of the house was great! Walmart was only a few miles away and Disney was only a short drive away. House is spacious enough for a big family with small children. the playroom was a big hit !!

This house was within 5 minutes of Walmart and great food choices. We were within 15-30 min of Disney resorts and theme parks. The house was spacious and very welcoming as far as what we needed. Something's do need updated or minor things did not work but we made do. The host was quick to respond with any questions.

Yearly family vacation

Perfect. Everything about this property was a 10/10. Location was very close to the major attractions. The house was fantastic. We had 6 adults and 5 kids in our group, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a great hit withe the kids. The location of this home, within Windsor Hill resort was perfect walking distance to the club house and play grounds. The owner was quick to respond to my questions, even when i texted her later in the evening. I definitly recommend staying here.

Good for children

The place was conveniently close to many stores, restaurants, disney, etc. The home is a bit dated and could use a bit of refreshing in many areas. We did enjoy it though and would recommend the area. I'm not sure why there is no barbeque at the home but it would have been great to have. I asked and we could have used a community one. No thanks. All the neighbors do have them.

Disappointed

Unfortunately the pool had not been filtered for our first night stay, thus the water was disgusting. It cleared up somewhat after they turned the filter on the following morning but no one wanted to swim in the dirty water.The playroom was dirty upon arrival and we had to sweep up leftover food from previous guest. The foosballtable was broken and one of the controllers was broken for the air hockey. The placement of the property was nice.

Was enough room to fit our family and close to all the disney attractions. Kids loved the game room.Does need repairs as ceiling was leaking in downstairs bathroom. Did pay extra for pool to be heated which was not worth the money as pool did not get warm until 5 days into 7 day stay.

Very cute, lots of space, could use some updates/repairs

Overall, we are happy we stayed here. The decorations/themed bedrooms are great, there is a ton of space, and Windsor Hills is in a great location. That being said, the cleaning (floors esp) could have been better, there were multiple broken things (bathroom fans, garbage disposal, bedroom door locks), and there was room for improvement (more cooking supplies, various painting/repairs). These things were minor and we still enjoyed and appreciated the house. We did not use the pool, due to cold weather, but did notice the lack of privacy as the pool area is directly next to the backyard neighbor's pool area and the side street. Having a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, full kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms to spread out made this house a nice experience.

Story time

We had an amazing stay here. 14 people ages 1-55. Plenty of space and everything you could possibly need was there. Everything was just like the listing, theme rooms were great. My grandkids loved the playhouse and my teens loved going to the basketball court. Any questions were promptly answered by owners. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Villa for a Disney Vacation

We recently stayed at this lovely villa, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location is absolutely perfectā€”just a short drive to the Disney parks, which made our trips so easy and convenient. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. The villa itself was beautiful, very clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials. It felt like a true home away from home. Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the games roomā€”it kept them entertained for hours, which gave us some much-needed relaxation time! The hosts were excellent and communicated promptly throughout our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to have an stress-free and fun-filled vacation. We would love to stay again.

Rough start but settled in

Needs a little TLC. Poor communication with host on address. Sent names of occupants in 4 times. House needs a deep clean. It was dingy not necessarily dirty. Weeds around the pool. Hot tub didnā€™t work. Toys in playhouse were filthy. Upstairs bathroom with a leak, with a tub placed there to catch the leak and mold under the cabinet.

An amazing week

We were celebrating birthdays and graduations. There were 11 of us. This home gave us so much space and having the pool right there was fantastic for the kids. The host was always available if we had questions or needed anything. The home was close to the Disney parks which made that convenient. Thank you again Elias!

Would stay again!

Property was nice and the kids loved the theme rooms, play room and pool. There was a couple of things we messaged the owners about and they responded quickly and with kindness. Loves how close it was to Disney World and shopping. Would absolutely stay again.

Disney Family Vacation 2024

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Very convenient to everything. Kept the kids busy and happy with the pool and game room. They had everything you would need to stay for a week. Iā€™m sure we will rebook.

Disney Family Vacation

We had a group of 10 ranging from 1-50 of age and we all had a great time the house was amazing and the playroom was a life saver for the kids. The pool is pretty and was perfect temp and the community is beautiful, the waterpark and playground in walking distance and the clubhouse has a few groceries and food/drinks on the go. Only a quick drive to Disney or Disney springs, or about a half hour from the sea life aquarium where we spent one day. Perfect location and big rooms/bathrooms.

We are a family that enjoyed going to Disney every year, so we decided to buy a house in Windsor Hills resort. We enjoyed it so much that we bought our own vacation home, and when we were not there, we began renting our home to other families to enjoy this beautiful house. We are here to help you make your Disney vacation as enjoyable as can be.
