Welcome to a slice of paradise nestled in the tranquil Makaha Valley on Oahu's laid-back West side. Our home is perched on the 16th floor, offering breathtaking views of lush mountains and the sparkling ocean. It’s the perfect retreat for those seeking a true Hawaii experience away from the hustle.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room that opens up to stunning vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for culinary exploration. Sleep like royalty on a new king-size mattress in the bedroom, complemented by new linens for ultimate comfort.
Comfort extends to our dedicated workspace, featuring a large monitor and an adjustable-height desk, ensuring productivity alongside relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of central AC, high-speed internet, strong Wi-Fi, and cable TV for all your entertainment and work needs.
The unit offers a bedroom with a spacious closet and dressing area, alongside a full bathroom equipped with a tub, shower, and ample storage.
Amenities include a pool, laundry room on the same floor, 24/7 security, and on-site parking. Discover the famous Makaha Beach just a 3-minute drive or a leisurely walk away, along with other pristine beaches a short drive from our doorstep. While we're just 30-40 minutes from the bustling scenes of Waikiki and Ko'olina, our location boasts some of the island's most spectacular sunsets.
A car is recommended for the full island experience. For those renting, there’s an $80 monthly parking fee and a $50 fully refundable deposit. Alternatively, my Hyundai Accent 2014, in great condition with only 42k miles, is available for rent, waiving the parking fee and deposit. Please inquire for details and make your Hawaiian retreat unforgettable.
