Discover this lovely T2 of 30m² in the heart of the fishing and leisure port.



Located on the 5th floor with lift access, it benefits from a closed loggia overlooking the port and offering a front-row panorama of our beautiful Mediterranean.

The living area is air-conditioned and includes a television and a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm). The kitchenette space is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, an oven, a NESPRESSO coffee maker and a microwave.

No parking space. Public car park nearby.

Je suis restée 15 jours dans cet appartement et je ne m en suis pas lassée. Je ne me suis pas habituée à cette vue époustouflante de 180 degrés vu océan et port et où la lumière est différente aux différents moments de la journée. Améliorer l immobilier de jardin sur la terrasse
