Set in the Arrecife area of the world-famous Punta Cana Resort & Club, this classic yet newly renovated villa is an expansive space with a long list of amenities in addition to its access to the resort's many privileges. The property is enclaved in the exclusive La Cana neighborhood providing seclusion and privacy to its guests and it's only a 5-min walk from La Cana Beach.

At the heart of this four-bedroom masterpiece is the semi-circular pool terrace. Framed in native stone and offering several sun decks, it is an ideal spot to catch some rays or even recline and enjoy hours of stargazing. With two-story balconies around the entire property, everyone has a view of the pool and gardens. There are many al fresco dining and lounging spots in addition to more formal areas beneath the verandah.

The interiors are just as grand as the exterior spaces and feature a cathedral-ceilinged living room and lounge, a massive gourmet kitchen and a formal dining room. The bedrooms include two upper-level suites and two ground-floor suites. All open to terraces or balconies and range in size from a master suite with king bed and sitting room to the dual queen suites with large en-suite baths.

Beautiful property & super nice staff

My 7 friends and I came here for my bachelorette party and had the most amazing time. The space is beautiful, very spacious and private. Every bedroom has a huge closet and bathroom, which made it easy to get ready. The pool is beautiful and you can spend the whole day out there. The staff is so nice and the chef made delicious meals for us. Marc was very accommodating and really helped make our trip as seamless as possible.

My family had a blast.

We booked through VRBO, but you can do it directly through Sunny Punta Cana website. The house is U shape, had 4 bedrooms and bathroom. Has a nice pool ( ? 5 feet) and beautiful yard. The house is gorgeous, rooms are big and beautiful. Has a huge living / dinning room and an outdoor dining table and an island theme picnic area. The area is very safe with multiple securities . The house is rounded by golf course ( upscale) and had 5 minute walk to the beach. Punta Cana beaches are hit and miss for swimming because of sea weed ! However all beaches are cleaned every morning . We didn’t swim in any beach but walked along the shore every day. It is breath taking. We dealt with one of managers for booking. He was very helpful and kind. Great experience .locally Marc took care of us from arranging the transportation to grocery and reservation . He took care everything and anything for us. You just ask him. Thank you Marc. Pepe is added security and maintenance guy, very gentle man. He is always there ( living a separate part of the building ) . Will make sure the building functions smoothly. The housekeeper Ms Rosanna comes daily and helps with anything you need. You can hire a chef for all day or just one meal time. We did three dinners . Our driver, Mr. Geraldo: a great guy and trustworthy . He tools many places. We were 5 people ( I , my wife and our 3 kids - from 7 to 13 years). Lots of room, lots of activity and lots of family fun . The kids had a blast. They didn’t want

First multi-generational family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Hacienda #5 in the La Cana Golf & Beach Club area. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Marc provided excellent concierge services throughout our stay. He stopped daily to help with excursions, errands, maintenance and transport. He was very flexible and responsive. The chefs, sisters Estell and Dulce were simply amazing! They prepared meals daily. We highly recommend them. Jackie, our housekeeper had her hands full with the toddlers leaving a trail of mess in every room, constant meal clean up and our daily towel consumption. She was a saint from 7am until we crashed after mindnight! Peppe kept the pool clean and the grounds maintained. The house was in need of maintenance for a variety of reasons and we did not hesitate to communicate all issues; it helps them get even more prepared for the next visitors. Each request was resolved right away. We rented 2 golf carts for the week and they were super helpful. Not a lot of nightlife in the area, but we didn't care. We tooled in the carts to La Cana Beach Club daily, the Wesitn beach, Corales, petting zoo, eco trails, restaurants (you cannot get to a store by golf cart). We had one major safety issue with a light to the pool that short circuited. The home and pool do not have GFIC outlets. Our daughter put her feet into the pool and felt and electric shock. It was fixed immediately, but our last day had a clouded dreadful feeling in the air. The owners understood and made it right. We'd stay again!

Highly recommended!

From our first communication with Marc when we reserved the house, to saying goodbye the day of our departure, our experience was EXCELLENT. Marc is attentive, helpful and a super nice person. The house is even more beautiful than shown in the photos. The housekeeper and property gardener were kind and although there was a language barrier, we all were able to communicate very well. We highly recommend getting a chef for most of your meals. We went out to dinner once, and although very good, we wished that we had stayed at home and had the chef prepare our meal! No need to rent a car - the golf cart worked out perfectly. We were amazed that there were several beaches we could visit on the property. This was my first trip to the Dominican and we are planning another for next year.

Outstanding property!

My experience in the DR could not have gone any better thanks to Marc (our concierge) and his team. The property is gorgeous, with a perfectly sized pool, large adjacent palm-tree filled yard for games (my friends and I shipped corn hole, polish horseshoes and kan jam to the property ahead of time), beautiful rooms and a short golf cart ride from several beaches. I requested for the chef to prepare breakfast each morning and dinner two of the three nights—the meals were incredible! Lobster, shrimp, beef medallions, fresh fruit, cheesy yuca…everything was terrific. Marc even offered to pick up groceries prior to our arrival and had everything ready purchased and ready to go upon check-in. My friends and I were planning our next trip back before we even checked out. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Marc, the concierge, was extremely helpful. He arranged a wonderful chef for parts of our stay and was available for any questions we had. The housekeeper and home caretaker were great. It was a lovely birthday getaway.
