Best stay ever. Everything was on time and on request! All house, all rooms was cleaned great and smell fresh! Location - OMG - perfect! And kiitchen facilities - best I ever have!

We loved this house!

The location is within walking distance to the beach; the heated pool was awesome, beds were comfortable and communication with property manager was great!

Great property with great amenities

We really enjoyed the pool and all of the other amenities that the property had to offer. Also super short walk to the beach. The property was very spacious and had lots of room for our group.

Great Family Thanksgiving

Loved the location, close to the beach. A great house on a quiet street and plenty of space for six adults and a toddler. Nice pool, with plenty of pool and beach toys and chairs. Having the "pool house" as a separate house was really helpful and was put to great use by the family with a 2 year old. Great stay!

Great time in Lauderdale

We had a fantastic spring break in Fort Lauderdale. The house was amazing and it handled our nine family members with ease. It has 5 king beds, so everyone had plenty of room. Pool was heated and all had fun.

Overall Great location for a trip with my family. We were literally a block away from the beach and were even provided with a cooler , umbrella and some beach chairs! the A/c in the main house isn’t the coolest but gets the job done. And the pool was a little too heated, it was basically at 90 the entire trip. They had a maintenance worker come by and he lowered it but it still didn’t go under 88. I tried to get them to turn it off, especially since the weather was an average of 94 everyday but they refused. that was the only bad part of the entire place. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay on a quiet street but right next to the beach, this is the place, especially for a big family

Fantastic family vacation

We had a great time!! We loved the house, it was perfect for our family of 8. The heated pool was perfect after a day on the beach. The pool house was great with all the extra space. The location was perfect. The provisioning option was appreciated and the house was well stocked when we arrived! Loved the golf cart rentals, so much fun!

Grad Get Away

Perfect house for 9 guests. We had 3 families celebrating high school graduates. Boys were able to stay in the pool house. Customer service was great. Great location, beach right across the street. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Stay

We have stayed in many rentals during the years and this was by far the most stunning place I have ever stayed. The house and property felt like a 5 star resort. The beach was very close. Water was beautiful we even saw a few beach iguana. We had a group of 4 couples and everyone was thrilled with the property. The pool and backyard were perfect for evenings after dinner. This was overall just a superb property and experience. We can’t wait to come back again. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Nice beach vacation

Spring break for us with our college age boys. The house is just a block from the beach which is great. The only downside this time of year is the traffic. It could take 30 minutes to go 3 miles to a restaurant. There were a couple places walking distance but most restaurants were a drive away. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Four beach chairs but no beach umbrella. The management company was very communicative and responsive.

Couldn't have asked for more!

This was great for our family. Everyone had their own space. Pool was a great spot to hang out. Pool house was ideal for my family of 4 and small children that go to bed early / wake up early. Didn't feel like I needed to ask the rest of the group to be quiet or impose on others when the kids wake up early. Communication from the owners was fantastic. They reached out occasionally to see how our stay was going, helped us check-in 30 min early, and helped when we forgot the keypad code. I'd def come back!

Perfect golf/ beach weekend

I booked this property for a guys trip with a total of 10 guests. There was plenty of room for the group, and many of the guys loved the pool house out back. Though our group was made up of adults, I imagine this would be a perfect space for those traveling with kids. There were no shortage of amenities between foosball, ping-pong, and of course the pool area. Most importantly, this property had all of the little things most places forget. Extra towels for the beach, shower products, detergent pods for laundry (multiple washers and dryers), and even a bottle of champagne to kick off our trip. The house was less than a minute walk down to the beach. Additionally, their attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was very clean and I wound certainly recommend to a friend.
