The gîte offers easy access to the natural beauty of the area, with picturesque hiking trails and breathtaking scenery. In addition, the house being adjoining that of the owners, you will benefit from a warm welcome and wise advice to discover the hidden treasures of the region such as the leisure center of Lavalette, the Velay Express, the largest Himalayan footbridge in France or a little further the city of Puy en Velay and its many buildings classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The entrance to the house is through a small veranda opening onto a large room composed of a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a lounge area.
The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the land located at the back of the house.
A large laundry room with WC completes this level.
On the first floor you will have 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 90 and a large bathroom with shower and double sink unit.
