The Ferienappartements am Granitzwald are located on the upper floor of a 2000 newly built residential building. They feature a separate entrance, are about 48 square meters and were comfortable for .max. 3 adults furnishings. Our guests can use a wireless Internet connection for free.   In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is also a dining table with chairs. From the living area that opens onto a lovely balcony with garden furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge.   The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe.   For a 3rd and 4th Guest can be provided if required an extra bed on the couch in the living area. A small cot and high chair can be booked on request for 3 euros per night. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.   On arrival the beds are made with sheets. Fresh towels can be booked per guest as original equipment for 7 euros on request.

Are upstairs, 2,000 newly built residential building. The house is very quiet and close to nature right at the beginning of Garnitz with wonderful mixed and beech forests. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 1 500 m.    Sellin, where our house is situated, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. Conveniently accessible by car, bus or the historic narrow-gauge railway Rasender Roland not only the other seaside resorts of Ruegen.   Each holiday apartment has a lovely balcony with garden furniture. In the garden, a lawn can be used.   On arrival the beds are made with sheets. Fresh towels can be booked per guest as original equipment for 7 euros on request. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to object. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
