You will love this charming house. Located in a very popular area, this completely renovated shop, with a small garden, will allow you to explore the wonderful city of La Rochelle on foot. You will be about a ten-minute walk from the central market, about fifteen minutes from the port and its legendary towers.
Everything is done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

It is a 100m2 shop that can accommodate up to 7 people, not to mention our four-legged friends who will be welcome

A large living room of 45m2 with 4K TV, wifi, dining area, two comfortable sofas, one of which is convertible (mattress 17 cm thick, width 160 cm for more well-being).
An adjoining kitchen bathed in light overlooking the garden. It is fully equipped, built-in oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine)
A boiler room which includes a washing machine (a drying rack, an iron and ironing board as well as a garment steamer are included), a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a small bedroom with a single bed (90 *190) and storage cupboards.
One bedroom slightly larger with bunk beds and storage cupboards.
The master bedroom has a 160*200 bed, storage cupboards.
Finally, the bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit, towel radiator and storage space (plus a hairdryer)
All linen is provided: sheets, towels, kitchen sets and tea towels.
This set is completed by a charming little garden with an extendable table where you can have breakfast away from prying eyes, a large parasol and of course a plancha to enjoy tasty shrimps or an incredible prime rib according to your desires.

Note: the accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities, it is a non-smoking area. There is no dedicated parking space but parking is easy in a small street just opposite. It is free.
All the necessary equipment for a baby (bath, high chair, travel cot) is available.
No parties or parties, however, family events are possible as long as the peace and quiet of the area is respected, especially after 11 p.m.
