-> A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge, sink, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster). All cooking essentials are provided. A welcome kit including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits is offered.

-> A bright living room with a sofa, coffee table, and a 81 cm wall-mounted TV. WIFI is available. The sofa is a very comfortable 2-person convertible (160x200).

-> A bathroom with a vanity sink, backlit mirror, WC, and an Italian-style shower. A hairdryer is available. A bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

-> An attic bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a chest of drawers to store your clothes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

*** Outside ***

-> A private, enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture, table, and chairs for 4 people.

-> Behind the house, you have a garden with children's games (soccer goal, swing, pétanque court). There's also a garden lounge to enjoy nature and tranquility.

-> Two free parking spaces in front of the house.

*** A key box is provided for self-check-in. ***

-> Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

-> Pets are not allowed.

-> The water comes from a well, it is tested and drinkable, but we recommend using bottled water.

-> A deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform. This obligatory step guarantees the smooth running of your stay.

-> The information related to the arrival procedure will be sent to you after your booking.

-> Communication exclusively through the messaging system of the booking platform.
