Logement adapté pour un couple et un petit chien. Bien équipé en électroménager, il manque toutefois des accessoires de vaisselle pour vivre dans le logement sur 4 ou 5 jours (assiettes creuses, bols,...). Contact facile avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement. La propreté est moyenne car le ménage est fait de manière superficielle, ce n'est pas en lien avec le propriétaire mais au manque d'investissement de la personne chargée du ménage. Il est facile de stationner son véhicule. Avec l'amélioration des quelques points négatifs que j'ai énuméré dans mes propos, ce logement peut être très bien.

Merci pour votre retour nous apprécions votre franchise et votre bienveillance. Nous prenons note de la vaisselle manquante et surtout nous venons de nous séparer de la personne qui effectivement assurait mal l’entretien. Quelques surprises constatées. Nous signons donc avec une conciergerie locale bien notée.
