This ground-floor, ski-in/ski-out condo is located in the ever-popular Winterplace development, where it sits directly on the Lift Line ski trail at Okemo Mountain Resort. Returning home at the end of the day is easy - either ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.

Once you've returned home, there's much to enjoy. Stretch out on the sofa for some rest and relaxation. Warm up by the fireplace while a movie plays on the TV. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
