This property was just built and completed July of 2021. It is completely furnished and equipped for your perfect winter getaway. Due to a moratorium on short term housing in Truckee, this property is offered at a minimum of a 30 day stay. Fully equipped with all the essentials and decorated with a mountain modern theme. Fiber optic wireless, 60 inch OLED TV, spacious kitchen and living room, and a master and junior master bedroom, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, makes this a luxurious winter getaway. The east side is undeveloped and we back to a year round creek, Cold Stream.

Our typical guest is a ski team family that will lease our unit from December to April.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We have been waiting a long tome to see this property come up for sale and we were number 4 on the list of the first buyers. Coldstream is a gateway to the back country of the pacific crest. Lakes, streams, mountains, trails, are all within walking distance. I-80 off ramp and on ramp is seconds away, so you will never sit in traffic.

What makes this property unique

Our property backs to Cold stream. You can literally watch the beavers build their dams and for bird lovers, Blue Herons, Eagles, Osprey are just a few of the birds that have perched in our trees. There are several ponds within sight that attract the abundant wildlife.
