Absolutely adored this historic B&B! The B&B provides a comfortable and home like environment. Great location with ample parking and super easy to walk around to anywhere you would want to go. The host Brad was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He provided excellent information on the home, Gettysburg area and a 10 coupon to the family restaurant O’Rouke’s which I highly recommend! We enjoyed it more than the competition, and I would even say that if we didn’t get the coupon. I loved the house dog, Kane, he was just an adorably huge teddy bear, so calm and cool you just forgot he was there. Small area for improvement is check-in instructions. The entryway for the B&B is on the side of the house, but our room was on the second floor. When you enter the side of the home there are two very visible stairwells that you do not want to use, and Brad even put signage there. There was some confusion as to how to go to the second floor where our room was located. The home has an interior stairwell located at the front entry of the house (makes sense) so just walk through the dining room to the living room and you will find the front entry and stairwell to the suites. Made perfect sense once I saw it. Definitely will book again if we make another trip in the fall.

We were so impressed with how much room we had in the house. All of the rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of comfortable blankets and pillows and great restaurant recommendations also printed out for us… Neighborhood is quiet, the patio is clean and cozy and just a quick 10 minute walk from town. We had such a great time and we really appreciate the host for having us! He is a quick communicator and made check in and check out super quick and easy for us. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time we’ve stayed at Kims 1st floor apt.The apartment is clean & comfortable we feel like we are at our own place. Kim is very easy to work with & usually responds within hours. The apartment is centrally located you can walk to most places, including General Lees house & other parts of the battlefield. We will definitely be back to stay here again when we are back visiting family. Elaine & Glenn S

It was a really great stay! It was really close to the historic area. The only thing is we received the check in information almost an hour after we were allowed to check in. We were running late so it wasn’t an issue.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay again
