Vacation rental in Fécamp for 4 people. A very colorful fisherman’s cottage, ideally located between the beach and downtown—you’ll love its cheerful atmosphere! The vacation rental is ideally located, just 100 meters from the harbor and 300 meters from the beach: you’ll be able to reach all the shops, restaurants, and the beach without needing a car. This two-story house features a small private courtyard measuring 20 m² (outdoor furniture, barbecue, no lawn). Free street parking is available, and a parking lot is 200 m away. Equivalent to a 1-ear classification. First floor: - kitchen area (oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher), - dining area. First floor: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm, 1 crib), HD TV, - bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. Second floor: - 1 double bed (160 cm) or 2 single beds (80 cm) with a lounge area (sofa bed), HD TV, and DVD player. Complete baby equipment. In the summer, you’ll find a small, cool lounge at the back of the courtyard, available from May through September. Sheets and linens are not provided (rental available for an additional fee). Gas heating is to be paid on site based on your usage.
