Whether you are looking for a perfect family getaway, an adult escape with a gourmet kitchen, or a luxurious space for the discerning traveler, this high-end home has it all. Boasting 4 bedrooms, additional sleeping areas, 3.5 baths, a primary en-suite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and spacious dressing room, this home also offers an exercise room, den, card table, kids game room, a private balcony, and two decks with BBQ facilities, and much more. Refrigerator is wedged in and there's trash visible on both sides of it. Bunk room is a garage space with an uninsulated garage door and no heat or air other than a small heater. Furniture is all white and dingy, needs to be cleaned.

The property was amazing. We had enough space and beds for everyone that came on vacation. The location on the lake was great for boating activities. We had a few hiccups with the house but JB was on top of it and got it handled. We would highly recommend this property for families.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Nestled directly by the water, with a huge deck and dock! The master bedroom was perfect, with a large jacuzzi tub, bidet, and closet of your dreams. The kids room was so fun, the kitchen island was HUGE, and the downstairs entertainment area and couch was perfect. The hosts were super prompt in their responses, and we are hoping to stay here again in the future with the kids!

Very cool layout, nice view of the lake, and the boat dock was key. Excellent fishing. Probably better for older kids and teens than little kids, but overall, quite nice (the deck is awesome!).

Great property right on the water w covered boat dock.

We spent a week n June 2021 at the property. House has plenty of space and great boat dock. Cove is very shallow but fine for our wakeboard boat. Would stay here again!! JB was excellent host and easy to communicate with.

Lazy rainy days

We spent most of our vacation in this great house due to the rain. Plenty of room to lay around and relax. Every morning we would drink coffee and watch the turtles come up for breakfast. Short walks around the neighborhood were nice and peaceful. Would diffinatly visit again.

We enjoyed this home tremendously! Unfortunately the weather was not great, and it was the beginning of the coronavirus restrictions. Fantastic Getaway in rural Arkansas

The House was good as advertised on the VBRO site.No fabrications was encountered.The House is located in Rural Hot Springs Arkansas with access to Lake Hamilton from the backyard of the house.Plenty of rooms and spaces.The property is well kept and maintained.For the price it is a bargain that the entire family will enjoy.

Because of Arkansas' humid weather & this property being in a country setting, wildlife such as deer, skunks, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, fox, armadillos, snakes, mice, owls, bugs (moths, flies, water bugs, spiders, ants, walking sticks, mosquitoes, etc), &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Bugs may also come into the house, even tho we spray at least monthly.
