Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 65 m² apartment with mountain views for rent in Cognet, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The single-storey apartment is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² unfenced garden shared with the owners
- South-facing balcony off the main room
- A 9 m² terrace on the garden side, with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Cognet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the home's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:

- Nearest airport: Grenoble approx. 87 km away
