The front door of this spacious 99m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area, bathed in natural light from large windows, is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It opens onto a balcony with a view of the city.

The dining area features a table that seats up to eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

Three bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160x200), and one room has a double bed (140x200). All the beds are neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. Wardrobes are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The apartment includes two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

While it’s less touristy than central Paris, it offers a unique atmosphere with its green spaces, residential neighborhoods, and cultural heritage. You can explore the Parc de la Bergère, perfect for a leisurely stroll, or visit the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, which features interactive exhibitions. Bobigny is also home to lively markets and restaurants where you can enjoy diverse local cuisine. Art lovers shouldn’t miss the Museum of the History of Immigration and the Théâtre de Bobigny. A visit to Bobigny lets you discover an authentic side of Paris, away from the tourist crowds.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bobigny-Pablo Picasso (line 5), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
