L'HERBAUDIERE, 200m from the fishing and pleasure ports and shops - and 300m from the beach. Single-story country house - comfortable - sleeps 4 - approximately 53m² - comprising a living room/fitted and equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (no shutters), one bedroom with a double bed (no shutters), a shower room with walk-in shower, a toilet, and a reading area. Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, television, FREE WIFI. Enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deck chairs and 1 sun lounger, outdoor sink. Parking in the cul-de-sac or on the street. Pets not allowed. Cleaning fee of €80 available.

Optional services, not included, must be booked 1 month prior to arrival and are subject to availability:

The property is very nice and modern and clean.It was only the communication with the various agencies that was confusing and time consuming. Would be better to only have to deal with one agency
