Located in the Lakeview community, this 3BR/3BA condo offers upscale comfort near all-season fun! Enjoy mountain views and morning coffee on your balcony then hit the slopes at nearby Beaver Creek. During warmer months, it’s a short trip to the pristine lake beach at Harry A. Nottingham Park.

Inside, modern updates and chic accents create an upscale alpine experience. Highlights include plush furnishings, a modern kitchen, and a fireplace.

LIVING AREA

A wood-burning fireplace with stone surround brings warm ambience to the living area. Kick back on the comfy sofas and stream favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A starter supply of dish soap and paper towels provide additional convenience.

When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for eight in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, an armchair, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. This room occupies the entire top floor of the unit, but does not have a door at the top of the stairs.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a recliner. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy sweeping views and fresh mountain air at any time. The covered section invites you to relax in the shade, whereas the plush love seat offers space to soak up the sun.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned covered parking is available for one car. One uncovered guest space may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This unit is located on the third floor, with no neighbors above. An elevator is not available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The kitchen was well set up. We didn't use the ski facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Mixed Feelings

We overlooked other guests comments about downstairs neighbor because you never know until we knew. The reality is the unit is nicely remodeled but it’s old and the wood floors creek too much for the approval of the neighbor who will come up in late hours to remind you he’s the boss. He threatened to call the cops because we were using the bathrooms during hours he didn’t agree to. I offered to call on his behalf, imagine the scene. We usually just watch movies and play card games after we ski and would do normal stuff but once you get that visit you’re never comfortable again. The unit and view are nice, but having so many other units available nearby I can’t say we would stay here again. I feel bad for the owners. It’s a lose - lose for everybody in a situation like this.

Great location, plenty of space

We stayed here for a ski trip to beaver creek w/ 5 . The property is located across highway 6 from beaver creek, about 10 minutes from BC village and 15 minutes from Vail. The property is on the 3rd floor of a condominium complex with no elevator. We enjoyed being on the third floor and having a two story condo with wonderful views. When you walk in, there is a hallway leading to the main kitchen/ den area that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a closet and laundry room. One bedroom is smaller and the bathroom is located across the hall. The other bedroom is larger and bathroom is inside the bedroom. The main area is cozy with a well equipped kitchen, table with 8 chairs, and two couches with a smart TV. Upstairs is the master bedroom which contains a large bathroom with storage, tub, shower, and double sink. The closet in the bedroom is locked for owner. There is no AC in the complex but keeping the windows cracked allowed us to stay cool at night. The kitchen had some remnants on the counter but overall it seemed pretty clean. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms so we had to purchase more for our 4 night stay. Covered parking is available for the property. I would recommend having a car because the shuttle stop is a little walk from the property and it is much more convenient than having to rely on public transportation. Grocery store (city market) is within 5 min drive. Would stay here again!

Great place!

Work Stay

Beautiful Place to stay. The floors were VERY noisy even with us taking our shoes off there was a lot of noise when we walked.

Nice unit, but would not stay again

The unit itself was nice, clean and comfortable. The owners have thoughtfully decorated it and the location is hard to beat, however, we would not stay here again. At the entrance when you first walk in, there is a giant sign that specifically calls out short term renters to “be considerate and avoid heavy walking with heavy heels as it is very disruptive to neighbors”. This was very off putting from the start and as considerate people who are doing our best and paid money to enjoy our vacation in this spot, it was definitely a negative. Though we were simply existing, the downstairs neighbor came up twice and was very rude and just pointed to the sign without actually saying any words. If this is such an issue, the owners and property mgmt could take steps to mitigate the noise - like putting rugs with pads down in the main hallway, rug pads under each decorative rug, and putting felt underneath the chairs. None of these things existed and the constant worry of upsetting the neighbors weighed us down. We would not stay here again.

Clean/easy

VERY clean apartment and centrally located. Fireplace was nice, beds very comfortable. Nice view. WiFi was spotty and the floors were creaky/had air pockets in some areas which combined with the note on the entrance about footsteps noise sensitivity to downstairs family, normal walking/behavior was in the back of our minds while at apartment. There was also an issue with the drainage in the downstairs bathroom.

Great Property, Poor Management

The unit itself was a great rental for 6 people. Great gathering space and spacious private rooms. Parking was a breeze for 2 vehicles. The management was unprofessional and rude. There was a load of dirty dishes left in the dishwasher for us when we arrived. We were also accused, without evidence, of having brought a pet with us. The management team left us a voicemail stating we need to remove the pet and we will immediately be charged a pet fee. We did not bring any pets with us, our pets were safely at home in a different state. It was very rude and unprofessional to be accused of something we hadn't done, and immediately charged for it. To their credit, the pet fee was eventually removed, but it was an inconvenience to make multiple calls attempting to prove that there were no animals in our unit. Playing phone tag with the management company was not how I wanted to spend my time on vacation.

Great location

Loved our stay. Spacious bedrooms and nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Close location to Beaver Creek. (Side note… provide dish clothes for the kitchen, wash clothes in the bedrooms, more coffee mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses. Didn’t have enough for each person)

Great condo! Great location!

The unit was exactly as advertised, clean and stocked with w Ruth if we needed for our ski trip. Only complaint is there is no shade in the bathroom so neighboring condos and road traffic get a clear view in. A simple fix so hopefully it’ll be addressed. Otherwise everything was great and we’d definitely stay here again!
