This beachfront condo has a lovely kitchen with all of the necessary appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator with a filtered ice and water dispenser, a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen counter or outside on the balcony overlooking the beach. Cable TV and free WiFi are included as well. Sleep peacefully in the bedroom, which features a full bathroom and ocean views from the side balcony, and awaken each morning to the peaceful sound of waves washing over the picturesque shoreline.

The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

The famous Ocean City Boardwalk is a short drive away as well, where you can peruse shops, fun eateries, and tram rides. Explore nearby Delaware beaches and Assateague Island, a worthwhile side trip to watch the beautiful horses run free. The possibilities are endless.

THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
No smoking.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
