I am a pleasant 4-room apartment of 35 m² fully furnished with a private solarium facing South of 16m², above the swimming pool, and furnished on the ground floor that can accommodate 2 people in a very quiet site and in a large brand new villa. Free private parking.

• A private entrance near your parking space. A dividing door with security lock on the tenant's side" for a totally independent apartment that ensures total tranquility and discretion.

• A private swimming pool reserved for our tenants only of 70 m² (10 x 7 m, small bath 1.2m and large bath 2m) with Copper - Silver treatment without chlorine or salt, protection by optical barriers.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
• A bathroom near the swimming pool, with a traditional Finnish sauna with 6 seats, (please inform the owners 1 hour before use to heat the sauna), shower, washbasin, fully equipped with separate toilet.

• Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool as well as to the entire private garden of 4,000 m² (fruit and vegetables in season)

• A counter-current swim, balneotherapy, hydraulic massage (free of charge).

• My private solarium of 16 m² overlooking the pool with plastic table, 6 covers, 4 white plastic armchairs,

• A modern kitchen 15 m² kitchen/dining room (150L fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with four halogen and induction hobs, hood, microwave/grill...) with the pleasure of making your 4-star menus,

• Two teak armchairs and a small breakfast table.

• A bedroom with a large bed for couples in 180 cm x 200 cm, double slatted bed base, 100% latex and silk mattress, and two very large wardrobes / wardrobes with overhead transfer system.... and multiple drawers.

• NEW REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONEL HITACHI AIR HOME 400 (free, 12 hours a day, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. in the summer) Does not work if the windows are open.

Our rentals start the first week of April until the first week of January (we are closed the other 3 months of the year).
